This is where the Advice & Representation Centre (ARC) steps in, offering advice through drop-ins, appointments, email and phone.

You can get general advice and information on a range of issues such as academic, consumer, employment, health services, housing, money matters, student finance and much more.

ARC also provides advice, representation and advocacy on academic issues such as academic procedures, academic appeals, complaints, disciplinary, unfair practice, fitness to practice and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator.
