Healthcare Students
The IV Lounge is an integral part of your Heath Park social life.
The Union’s presence at the Heath Park Campus is found in the form of a central hub within the IV Lounge. The Hub includes everything from financial support to box office ticket collection, and is your main point of contact between the Heath Park and the Park Place campuses.
There are a number of services available at the IV Lounge including a coffee shop, deli and the function bar which hosts the Healthcare sports teams on Wednesdays and multiple socials throughout the year. The whole venue is also available for booking for private use via the University's Catering Office.

The full time member of staff there – Sally Taylor – will be available every day to help you with any questions or queries you may have.

I'm here to represent all Healthcare Students at an academic, social and welfare level. I sit on councils with your Heads of Schools, liaise with the University giving them your feedback, have regular meetings with your sports and society committee members and help organise events specifically for Healthcare students.
This role exists to make sure you guys have the time of your life while at Cardiff, whether you're in lectures, up at the Heath Hospital or on placement.
