What is The Students Union?
Put simply, we’re an organisation that promotes the interests of students
We’re led by a group of students elected by you to ensure the Union is providing the services you want.
The elected officers are supported by permanent staff, many of whom were students at Cardiff themselves.
We also employ a huge team of student staff throughout the building and provide development courses to boost your CV for when you graduate.
Unusually, we’re both a charity and a company. Any profit we make goes back in to the free services we provide to students and to the Societies and Sports Clubs.
